Terms of Service

 

The Presenter agrees that bookings that arise from names put forward by Paul Wainwright and/or any employees or agents will be booked, contracted and arranged through the Paul Wainwright Entertainment office and as such are subject to a commission. Any subsequent booking(s) that arises between the Presenter and Artist shall be subject to the same conditions for a period of eighteen months from the date of the original contract.

The Artist agrees that bookings that arise from names put forward by Paul Wainwright and/or any employees or agents will be booked, contracted and arranged through the Paul Wainwright Entertainment office and as such are subject to a commission. Any subsequent booking(s) that arises between the Presenter and Artist shall be subject to the same conditions for a period of eighteen months from the date of the original contract.

The Presenter agrees to sign a legally binding contract and pay a deposit to secure an artist's commitment to perform. Deposits are non-refundable. An officer or agent of Paul Wainwright Entertainment will sign on behalf of the artist. The Artist agrees to be bound by this agency agreement with Paul Wainwright Entertainment.
